A: Yes. We handle 100% of the ingredient sourcing. We select only the freshest premium meats, local seafood, and seasonal produce on the day of your event.

A: Chef Jose brings all necessary professional cookware, tools, and equipment needed to prepare the meal. We will utilize your home's dinnerware and glassware for service unless alternative rental arrangements are requested in advance.
Q: How does cleanup work?
A: Our goal is to leave your home exactly as we found it. We handle full kitchen cleanup, including washing used pots and pans, wiping down counters, and clearing the service area before we exit.
Q: Can you accommodate food allergies or strict dietary restrictions?
A: Absolutely. Because every menu is completely customized from scratch, we can seamlessly tailor the entire experience to accommodate allergies, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or any other specific dietary preferences.
